In Competition by Apple and Microsoft on the development of Web software to scale, Google has emerged as a nearly 200 billion business, to analyze text data. But for the new products of Google, it is face to face with the competition of facebook which is looking for talented software developers. Facebook has 10% of software developers of Google and is in the search for more trained as quickly as he can.
In response to Facebook, Google has increased the salary of all its software developer by over 10%. Google is also seeking new software developer that are most talented master of computer application much of India and around the world. Big Infosys and Tata Consultancy in India is already facing a shortage of experts in computer application expanded in its activities. In 2010, Tata Consultancy has hired 50,000 new experts in computer application and said it intends to hire about 50,000 more new talents in computer technology in the year 2011. Similar is the position of Infosys. Google is worried about the war for talent with facebook, many innovative players such as Tata Consultancy and Infosys on Internet business Web scale.
Google fights facebook now as it once was with Apple and Microsoft. The time has come when the two major companies have abandoned the band in the era of peaceful coexistence. Now he has laid down the battle lines against each other. It is now the biggest rivalries in the world of technology, as it was once among firms like Apple and Microsoft. This rivalry is old news now and then the war between Google and Microsoft for online advertising, e-mail, mobile operating systems which also is down a noch.
But the war between Google and Facebook for Web users and user's data is one that will impact the lives of every online user directly. It is not only a war for supremacy between Google and Facebook, but also a choice between the users to select as it will affect them directly. The war has begun over these two companies with the launch of e-mail Internet service by facebook which competes against the likes of Gmail, which has more than 150 million users. Facebook is no longer the simple site where people could write messages and upload photos for friends and others to see and communicate, but has made an ecosystem where one could spend a long time within its walls, playing games and using other third party applications.
But there were problems with Facebook regarding the privacy of its customers. The private data of users has been released by third-party applications on sites for online advertising, which was also confirmed by facebook that some developers had fed the information without any approval and proper corrective action has been taken. But this threat is still there.
We depend on Google for 80 percent of online searches. He made several incursions into the treatment of various documents, Web browsers, e-mail with Gmail and Google Maps and mobile operating system Android. Google has become a large company earning about a million dollars every hour. But it also had its setbacks mainly his attempt to enter the social networking system. He tried to become big but never seem to have succeeded, he tried his first attempt with orkut which was a small success, but never close to the success of facebook. This last attempt with Buzz is also considered a major disaster that Gmail users are not interested in sharing their contacts with other users as it allows everyone to see relationships between different users.
Both Facebook and Google are trying the best to obtain valuable data on web-user because it is the data of user's personal information and use of Internet. Where Google is in the company to analyze everything we type in the web and use it to provide more relevant information to us, Facebook is to get and analyze our own likes and dislike obtain the most relevant information of us and give it to third-party applications available to them to help others give us more relevant information. Now it is us after which the two web companies - Google and Facebook are fighting for. We have to choose the winner of this battle and will reign supreme and dominate the Internet world.

Why would anybody want to earn that much and have so much power?I tell you what really bothers me about Google - they have blogspot, which has a couple of templates and that's it! You'd think they'd be able to be a bit more imaginative and generous.Jennifer Stewart, the more you become rich, greed incresses, it is applicable to the majority society and individual. I feel it is worldwide.They live very stressful, working 18 hours a day. share their wealth for the well-being with others is not in their destiny. I doubt that google is generous user.It is always generous AdSense partners, and income increses ads.

Interesting stuff, Gaurav. In an economy where unemployment seems stuck near 10% we have two of best companies to work for fighting over a relatively small number of employees. This would seem to indicate we don't have an unemployment problem for certain types of employees. It would also seem to indicate that education is important if you want to be employed in a high-demain career field.Bruce Horst, it is true that in the United States, jobs are available in plenty in computer science and information techonology. That is why the U.S. industry is either moving or is outresourcing. Do you know, IBM and its subsidery gave employment in India to more than 70,000 people who are speaslized in computer application and most of these people are doing back office work for IBM .
I feel the United States have good assets of computer hardware and application. Lack of knowledge in this field, have made ,many yesterday expert to became illetrate. Now, the computer knowledge has come in all fields of employment and even handle your work from home. .Sir, being student of Computer applications,It is my thinking.
